24-7 online forum

A private community space to ask questions and share ideas, articles and support one another between meetings. Ran across a great article? Have a burning question? Office Hours with Mark Frezell

Hello. I'm Mark and I've been leading teams of my own for my entire career over the last 30 years. I have a passion for the type of leadership that taps into people's contribution, that unlocks their unique value and gets people inspired to great things together. 

Now I work with all sorts of teams helping them get unified around big goals, create winning strategies, and find alignment & power together as a team. 

My passion is helping teams do more and go further. Part of that is coaching and equipping leaders to adopt the mindset that brings the best out of their people. 

I wrote the book Superpower: Release the Potential in Your Team in which I walk leaders through the critical mindset needed to connect with their team in a way that builds lasting loyalty. I also share the process of true team building that gets everyone excited and engaged in working together.
